Presentation on 0-9sp1

Alexis presented on 0-9sp1 to the group for management information.

Comments:
CT: Corrections on the table; since it would be good to use on AMQP.ORG with some changes.
CT: Versioning definition.
HK: Versioning question - what does 0-91 mean wrt 0-9sp1

JOH: Comments will be collected and brought together. Further technical meetings and resolution. Vote in 2 or 3 weeks time.

Presentaton on simplifications on 0-10 connection handling (towards 1-0)

Rafi presented the significant simplicication work which has been done on connection handling, and increased clarity in the specification (state machines, and diagrams).

Feedback that it looked good.
This was an FYI not a voting presentation

JOH asked if the level and depth of the presentations were meeting the bar for PMC voting.
JOH expressed that he felt the content and style of 0-9sp1 were well presented.
PB agreed, especially highlighting the usefulness of the "grid" as a protocol roadmap.
