-- John: update on 1.0.

Speaking to make specification more compact in 1.0 work. John has created an initial doc to try capture some clean up. The doc is working to clarify the layering. At this point the doc still needs clarification & resolving contention, but has clarified what some of the changes need to be. Addressing etc.

John speaks to Rob and Rafi doing network protocol (should see presentation)

John working on Model (anyone that want to see can do so)

Mark asked if we can close the security vote and the pre-amble for the spec. -- Action, Carl to ask Ted to see if we can do that. Basically we have 3 full time FTE's working on 1.0 (Rob, Rafi, John).

 Note that the doc does not have the network work included yet that Rafi & Rob have been doing.

 -- John hands to Alexis:

Alexis speaks to 0-9 sp1. viewed as interop profile, which removes un-used things. Goal is for interop without any recoding on brokers. 

John explicitly states that 0-9-1 is not a candidate for 1.0 - with agreement.
